Commerce ministry seeks five-year RoDTEP extension, higher FY27 outlay
Commerce Department has asked the expenditure department to raise the export incentive scheme's FY27 allocation to Rs 23,000 crore from the budgeted Rs 10,000 crore
The commerce ministry has sought a five-year extension of the Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products (RoDTEP) scheme, which is set to end on September 30, along with a hike in its outlay for the current financial year, a commerce ministry official said on Wednesday.
