2013 Jhiram Valley Maoist attack case: All 10 convicts get death sentence

A special NIA court in Chhattisgarh’s Bastar district sentenced all 10 convicts to death in the 2013 Jhiram Valley Maoist attack that killed 27, including Congress leaders. The trial examined 101 witnesses and relied on documentary evidence.

A total of 101 prosecution witnesses were examined during the trial and several documentary pieces of evidence were presented.
