TN Guv, CM, leaders greet PM Modi on 76th birthday
Chennai, Sep 17 (PTI) Tamil Nadu Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay and political leaders on Thursday greeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his 76th birthday.
Emphasising the prime minister’s roadmap for 2047, the governor, in a post on ‘X’, said, “The vision of Viksit Bharat@2047 calls upon every citizen to contribute to the nation’s journey towards comprehensive development, innovation, self-reliance and inclusive growth.” Prime Minister Modi was born on September 17, 1950, in the small town of Vadnagar in Gujarat.
Taking to the social media platform ‘X’, CM Vijay said, “I convey my heartfelt birthday wishes to the Honourable Prime Minister of India, Thiru. Narendra Modi, who has been working with dedication towards building a strong India. I wholeheartedly wish you a long life filled with good health.” DMK president and former Chief Minister M K Stalin conveyed his greetings via his official ‘X’ account, posting, “Wishing him good health, happiness and a long life”.
Tamil Nadu BJP president Nainar Nagenthran, taking to ‘X’, highlighted PM Modi’s “visionary thinking and tireless efforts” in propelling the nation’s growth and progress forward, elevating and upholding India’s pride and strength on the global stage.
