Delhi CM launches launches organ donation portal, pledges to donate organs
New Delhi, Sep 17 (PTI) Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Thursday launched the national capital’s organ donation portal and pledged to donate various body parts.
The initiative was launched as part of programmes under ‘Sewa Sankalp Abhiyan’ marking Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday and his 25 years of public service.
The State Organ and Tissue Transplant Organisation (SOTTO) has signed an MoU with the National Organ and Tissue Transplant Organisation (NOTTO) to promote organ donation in the national capital, officials said.
