After Gurugram, hit-and-run in Lucknow as woman dragged on bonnet

A woman was dragged on a car bonnet in Lucknow after a dispute near Janeshwar Mishra Park. Police arrested Shahnawaz Ali alias Yash Thakur for attempt to murder after the viral video sparked outrage. The victim suffered minor injuries.
