Centre cuts windfall tax on petrol, diesel, ATF exports
The Finance Ministry slashed windfall tax on petrol, diesel and ATF exports from September 16. Rates on diesel and ATF exports reduced, while petrol export duty cut to Rs 0.5 per litre. No change in domestic fuel duty rates.
The Finance ministry in a notification said the duty hikes will be effective from September 16.
