The New South Wales premier, Chris Minns, says Daniel Billings is a “bastard” and his prison sentence is inadequate.
Billings, 31, will spend at least 20 years behind bars, before becoming eligible for parole, for murdering his ex-girlfriend MollyTicehurst, who was a childcare educator and young mother from Forbes, in central western NSW.
