Two women arrested for forcing 12-year-old girl into prostitution in Rajkot
Rajkot, Sep 17 (PTI) Two women were arrested for allegedly forcing a 12-year-old girl into prostitution in Rajkot after promising her a catering job, a police official said on Thursday.
Accused Rekha Sagathiya and Alpa Galchar lived near the minor’s house and approached her on September 11 with an offer of a catering job for Rs 500, Assistant Commissioner of Police B V Jadav said.
The duo allegedly took the minor to a place where she was forced into prostitution, he said.
