Indian Railways News: Residents of Beed are set to receive a long-awaited rail connection to Pune, with Central Railway preparing to launch the first daily train service between the two cities. The new route is expected to make travel easier for people from the Marathwada district who regularly visit Pune for education, healthcare, business and other purposes.
According to a report in Mid-day, the inaugural service will be flagged off from Beed railway station on Thursday by Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Sunetra Pawar, MP Bajrang Sonavane, legislator Sandeep Kshirsagar and other officials and dignitaries.
