J&K Police arrest three as LeT OGW network busted, IED recovered in Rajouri
SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Police has claimed to have busted an Over Ground Worker (OGW) network of militant outfit Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) in Jammu and Kashmir’s border district of Rajouri by arresting three accused persons and seizing an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) on their disclosure.
“The arrest of three OGWs was made during the investigation of a terror module operating in the Pir Panjal region,” a police spokesman said.
The preliminary investigation, he said, has revealed that the accused were allegedly involved in providing logistical support, safe transit and other ground-level assistance to terrorists.
