Three of family killed in SUV-car collision in TN”s Namakkal
Namakkal (TN), Sept 16 (PTI) Three members of a family were killed when their car collided with an SUV that jumped the road median on the Nallipalayam bypass here early on Wednesday, police said.
According to police, the accident occurred when a sports utility vehicle, travelling from Tiruchendur to Bengaluru, lost control, broke through the median, and crashed into the oncoming car heading towards Karur.
The driver of the SUV and three other passengers, sustained injuries in the collision. They have been admitted to the Namakkal Government Medical College Hospital for treatment.
