A bizarre incident has come to light after a video appeared to show a driver at a government hospital in Kanpur examining patients and writing prescriptions in the absence of a doctor.
The incident was reported at Kanshi Ram Combined Hospital and Trauma Center, where a man identified as the doctor’s driver, Dev, was seen asking patients about their health problems, including whether they were experiencing stomach pain or other discomfort.
