AAP MLA Mehraj Malik appears before Doda court in poll code violation case
The case relates to allegedly canvassing support and holding election rallies in violation of the model code of conduct (MCC) during the 2024 Jammu and Kashmir assembly elections.
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA from Doda East, Mehraj Malik, appeared before the chief judicial magistrate, Doda, on Tuesday after the court issued non-bailable arrest warrants against him.
While Malik said he voluntarily appeared before the court, he was escorted by police personnel.
