Pitbull mauls infant in Haryana, stray bites 2-year-old in Maharashtra

A six-month-old infant was seriously injured after a Pitbull attacked him in Haryana's Sonipat, while a stray dog left a two-year-old girl with a severe cheek injury in Maharashtra's Jalna. The two incidents have raised fresh concerns over the safety of children amid dog attacks.
The Pitbull incident took place in Haryana's Sikka Colony when the infant was being taken through the street by his aunt. The Pitbull suddenly ran towards the child and grabbed him. The aunt tried to rescue the infant, but the dog attacked her as well.
