Armed groups acting as ‘proxies’ under scanner as Naga-Kuki conflict expands in Manipur
As the conflict involving the Naga and Kuki tribes in Manipur expands to new areas in the past few weeks, security forces are zeroing in on the alleged role of armed groups in ceasefire and the use of "proxy groups" in carrying out the attacks.
