A new video of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s interaction with Chinese President Xi Jinping at the BRICS Summit in New Delhi appears to show that Modi’s “Is it okay?" remark was prompted by a problem with Xi’s translation earpiece, rather than anything related to the Chinese leader’s health.
