Banaswadi resident slapped with Forest Offence Case for felling roadside trees
A Bengaluru resident faces legal action after five roadside trees were allegedly cut without permission in Banaswadi. Authorities registered a Forest Offence Case under Karnataka's tree preservation law.
Following another complaint, forest officials inspected the location on August 31 and found that the trees had been cut and removed, the notice said.
