Lucknow News: For devotees of Neem Karoli Baba, Kainchi Dham in Uttarakhand is perhaps the most familiar name associated with the spiritual leader. But the story of Baba’s life has deep roots in Uttar Pradesh, where he was born, is believed to have undertaken years of penance and where his samadhi is located.
Now, the Uttar Pradesh government plans to develop these places associated with Neem Karoli Baba and give his birthplace in Firozabad a major religious tourism makeover. According to a report by Dainik Bhaskar, the Tourism Department is planning a development project modelled on the facilities available at Kainchi Dham.
