TMC symbol row: EC summons Mamata, Ritabrata factions ahead of bypolls

The Election Commission will hear rival Trinamool Congress factions led by Mamata Banerjee and Ritabrata Banerjee on Thursday over the party's name and symbol. West Bengal bypolls in Nandigram and Rejinagar add urgency to the EC's decision on freezing or reallocating symbols as both sides submit fresh documents.
