Supreme Court to hear plea challenging Delhi’s voter deletions on September 21. EC faces allegations over notices issued to 33 lakh voters, citing lack of transparency in SIR exercise.
A bench of Chief Justice Surya Kant and Justices Joymalya Bagchi and V Mohana fixed the hearing for Monday following a mention by advocate Prashant Bhushan, who appeared for petitioners Anjali Bhardwaj and Amrita Johri.
