Ganeshotsav 2026: Ganesh Chaturthi is being celebrated with grandeur in Patna, with the Maharashtra Mandal organising a major 10-day Ganeshotsav this year. The highlight of the celebrations is a grand pandal modelled on the famous Meenakshi Temple in Madurai, while a 5.5-foot idol of Mumbai’s iconic Lalbaugcha Raja has been brought to the city for devotees, as reported by Dainik Bhaskar.
The Ganesh idol has been adorned with a gold crown studded with diamonds, emeralds and rubies, valued at around Rs 55 lakh.
