16-Year-Old Delhi Girl Gangraped, Stabbed To Death; Police Arrest Four Teenagers
The girl knew one of the suspects, a 17-year-old, and had gone to meet him on the evening of September 10.
Delhi Police on Thursday said they arrested four teenagers in connection with the alleged gangrape and murder of a 16-year-old girl in north Delhi’s Swaroop Nagar. The girl was found dead with multiple stab wounds, with her body allegedly hidden beneath leaves and mud.
Police arrested Shivam Ganesh, 19, and apprehended three minors aged 17 and 16 in connection with the case. Two knives allegedly used in the crime and the clothes the suspects were allegedly wearing at the time were also seized, Hindustan Times, which first reported the development, said.
