The US House of Representatives on Wednesday passed the Lindsey O Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act of 2026 by a 262-159 vote, sending the sweeping sanctions package to Trump for his signature. The legislation had already cleared the Senate last month with an 86-11 vote.
