Who Is Seema Pahuja? CBI Officer From Hathras, RG Kar Cases Now Probing Disha Salian Death
Pahuja has been associated with the CBI investigations into the Hathras case and the rape and murder of a doctor at Kolkata's RG Kar Medical College and Hospital.
The Central Bureau of Investigation has assigned officer Seema Pahuja to lead the probe into the death of former celebrity manager Disha Salian, placing the six-year-old case in the hands of an investigator who has previously worked on some of the country’s most closely watched criminal investigations.
Pahuja has been associated with the CBI investigations into the Hathras case and the rape and murder of a doctor at Kolkata’s RG Kar Medical College and Hospital. Her assignment to the Salian probe comes at a significant juncture, after the Bombay High Court’s intervention and the registration of a fresh CBI FIR in the case.
