Guyanese woman, in India for treatment, dies at KIA transit hotel
A 35-year-old Guyanese woman undergoing kidney treatment in India died after being found unconscious at a Bengaluru airport transit hotel. She had arrived from London and was due to fly to Mangaluru.
Medical assistance was sought and she was rushed to a hospital, where she died during treatment. She was reportedly undergoing treatment in India for kidney disease.
