IndiGo Fare Hike: Airline Raises Charges For Infants, Baggage, Priority Check-In & More

Travelling with a baby on an IndiGo domestic flight will now cost families more. The revised IndiGo infant charges apply to children aged more than three days and up to two years.
IndiGo Fare Hike: IndiGo passengers will now have to pay more for several airline services, with the carrier revising charges for infants, excess baggage, unaccompanied minors, priority check-in and boarding, and travel certificates on domestic flights.
The IndiGo fare hike includes an increase in the fee for infants travelling with an accompanying adult. The airline has raised the IndiGo infant fee to Rs 3,000 for domestic flights, from the earlier Rs 2,000.
