“This person was our nanny back in Bahrain. She was with us for close to 15 years,” he said, adding, “Her name is Janaki aunty. I used to be so close to her.”
Dr Philip also showed a photograph of himself as a baby with his mother and Janaki aunty. He also shared how Janaki had taken great care of him during his early years.
Later in the video, Dr Philip visited Janaki aunty at her home. Both shared a warm hug as she became visibly emotional during their reunion.
“After 29 years, reunited with my forever-young nanny! 93 years young, still energetic, joyful, and glowing. A beautiful moment I’ll treasure forever. Some bonds...time can never change,” Dr Philip said in the caption of the post.
The heartfelt moment drew delightful reactions from viewers, who appreciated the bond between Dr Philip and his childhood nanny.
