UP Man Beheads Wife While She Was Asleep Over ‘Affair’ Suspicion, Surrenders At Police Station
Nagma’s sister, Sabbo, alleged that Parvez had subjected her to prolonged physical abuse and threats.
A 34-year-old man, identified as Parvez, was arrested after allegedly killing his wife over suspicion of having an affair, at their rented house in Hardoi’s Islamnagar Tiliya locality early Wednesday, police said. He reportedly surrendered at a police station following the incident.
The victim, Nagma, 28, had been married to Parvez for nearly 12 years. Police said their relationship had remained strained for several months, with Parvez allegedly suspecting her of being in contact with another man over the phone. The issue reportedly led to frequent arguments between the couple.
